MkMasterpieces reserves the right to screen all Photo Retouching inputs & to discard any that are deemed unsuitable, offensive, or breach our Terms.

You grant MkMasterpieces a non-exclusive license to use, alter, reproduce, and permit others to use and revamp your photo retouching in all forms and media.

MkMasterpieces may contemplate and approve other 'Photo Retouching' requests.
We'll greenlight photo retouching requests by MkMasterpieces provided: (a) it doesn't cast us in a negative light or affect the reputation of our established clients; (b) MkMasterpieces has no adverse history with us; (c) the promotion we receive from showcasing their retouched photos outweighs the lack of built-in branding; and (d) the photo retouching complements the overall content layout.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
If you are one of the entities specified in clause 2 and wish to link to our photo retouching website, MkMasterpieces, notify us by emailing at domain. Share your name, the name of your organization, contact details, your site's URL, any URLs from which you plan to link to MkMasterpieces, and a list of URLs on our site you desire to link. Allow a 2-3 week period for a response.

No manipulated image(s) must appear that could be construed as defamatory, explicit, illegal, or which infringes, breaches, or promotes the violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and itІ‚s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.
If any photo retouching on MkMasterpieces offends you, please feel free to contact us. Your requests for removal will be considered, but we're not obliged to act or respond directly.
MkMasterpieces does not guarantee the correctness of information, promise full accuracy or completeness of photo retouching services. We also don't pledge uninterrupted availability or latest updates.
To the fullest limit allowed by law, we disclaim all claims, guarantees, and conditions concerning our Photo Retouching services at MkMasterpieces.
Liability restrictions and prohibitions outlined in this Section and elsewhere for MkMasterpieces' Photo Retouching: (a) comply with the prior paragraph; (b) regulate all responsibilities resulting from this disclaimer, including liabilities from contracts, torts, and violation of statutory duty.
As long as the Photo Retouching services by MkMasterpieces are availed at no cost, we hold no liability for any losses or damage of any kind.
